“Setting up our company, signing the lease agreement with metaloBox, and the handover of Hall A at m59 Business Park all took place around the same time. At that time, just one company operated in just one building, but now there are several buildings offering tenants rented premises of different sizes. As far as I could see, the tenants who have moved in over the years have not changed; they have at most moved from one building to another due to increasing space requirements. We were also in this position, and today our rental measures 1300 m2. The interiors of the hall and the office were fitted out to meet our needs. They fully supported our extra demands and allowed us to install various equipment, such as a compressed air system with circuit breakers, various light fittings, electronic circuit breakers, heaters, warehouse shelving etc. In the last few years we have developed a very good working relationship with the business park’s operators, and we consider them an ideal partner in every respect. They have reacted quickly and fairly to all our ideas, problems and requests. We have always succeeded in coming to an agreement that satisfies both partners.”
